Society for the Friends of Ferals would like to express our sincere thanks to the late Sandra Bond and her charity, the CanFel Foundation, for their very generous grant in recognition of our efforts to stop the suffering of feral cats in the Municipality of Digby. We can’t thank them enough for their support and compassion.
This is the third consecutive year the CanFel Foundation has supported our rescue operations!
Sandra Bond was a businesswoman who made her home in Guelph, Ontario. She was an early and passionate advocate for animal welfare; she particularly supported programs designed to instill humane values in children, and spay and neuter programs designed to reduce the number of unwanted companion animals.
